Get ready to pinch yourself over these three yummy recipes:

 Matcha Green Tea Coconut Pancakes


1/3Cup                    Coconut Flower

1 tbsp                      Macha Green Tea Powder

1/4 tsp                     Baking Powder

6                              Egg Whites (3/4 Cup) 

1/2 Cup                   Butter Milk

*With this recipe you can substitute maple syrup or jam with organic honey, and even add Greek Yogurt and various Fruits to spice things up a bit.*

 Green Lemonade Smoothies 


1                    Lemon  

2 cups           Baby Spinach 

1                  Chopped cucumber 

2                 Cored and Chopped Green Apples 

*Press lemon, spinach, cucumber, and apples through a juice extractor. Stir & Serve Immediately.* 

Avocado & Greek Yogurt Dip 


1                         Ripe Avocado Peeled & Pitted

1/2 Cup              Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

1/3 Cup              Fresh Cilantro

2 Tbsp                Lime Juice

1/4 Tsp               Salt

1/4 Tsp               Freshly Ground Pepper

*Optional: Add hot sauce if you like it spicy.*
