Description

Also popularly referred to as Stone Age diet, hunter-gatherer diet, primal diet or caveman diet, the meal plan consists  vegetables,  unprocessed lean meat, fruits, and nuts. The meal plan is free of any processed foods, grains, sugars, dairy or table salt

The basic principle is simple: eat items that our bodies can digest well, that nourish us and allow our systems to self-regulate appropriately. The Paleo approach is a great way to lose weight while maintaining a high protein intake. 

*Breakfasts are lower in Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Saturated Fats 

Ladies:

Calories: Approx. 325-400
Protein: 25-35 grams
Carbs: 20-30 grams
Saturated Fat: <5g

Men:

Calories: Approx. 375-450
Protein: 30-40 grams
Carbs: 25-35 grams
Saturated Fat: <5g

Breakfast: Baked Cabbage Steaks with Fried Egg, Fresh Fruit



Lunch: Seared Chicken over Fresh Garden Salad and a side of Ginger Dressing



Dinner: Moroccan Beef Stew, Roasted Honey Rosemary Carrots, Roasted Butternut Squash

Wednesday

Breakfast: Banana Bread French Toast, Fruit Compote, Turkey Sausage



Lunch: Spicy Chipolte Turkey Burger, Braised Collard Greens, Roasted Garlic Turnips



Dinner: Citrus Glazed Pork Kabobs, Sauteed Cabbage, Sweet Peas and Carrots
Thursday

Breakfast: Egg Muffins, Fresh Fruit



Lunch: Baked Chicken with Thai Curry Peanut Sauce, Stir-Fry Vegetables, Roasted Balsamic Broccoli



Dinner: Slow Cooked Beef Brisket, Glazed Parsnips and Carrots, Ginger Spiced Cauliflower
Friday

Breakfast: Protein Packed Coconut Muffins, Sausage Links, Fresh Fruit

 

 

Lunch: Loaded Turkey Stuffed Twice Baked Sweet Potato, Grilled Asparagus



Dinner: Sweet and Sour Meatballs, Ratatouille, Sauteed Mushrooms
