Our Olympian meal plan is designed with an emphasis on a higher caloric intake in addition to a higher ratio of protein, carbs and fibers to promote muscle growth and recovery for individuals with extreme physical regimen. This plan is not recommended for individuals looking for weight loss.

Breakfast: Apple Pie Pancakes, Compote Du Jour, Sausage



Lunch: Ribs with BBQ Apricot-Mustard Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob



Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken, Scallion Rice, Stir-Fry Vegetables
