Let's face it, were about three months into the New Year and keeping up with your New Year's resolution is getting harder.

1.) Change your mind.
If your resoultion was to loose weight this year, diets and the gym will be useless to you if you do not change your mind. You must focus on what you want, understand why you want it, picture it, and truly believe that you can achieve it. Your body will do the rest. Also if you succeed, you will build self trust within yourself which will send your confidence soaring and your sense of self will become stronger. If you do not change your mind you will not achieve your New Year's resolution. But if you do, you will succeed, and you will find yourself living a happier lifestyle.
You HAVE to visualize want you want. Figure out how your going to get it. Make a plan, and DO NOT stop until you get there. If you do not plan it will be much harder for you to reach your goals and turn your goals into a lifestyle.
3.) Minimize Stress
Stress is inevitable. But we cannot emphasize ENOUGH that you need to deal with it appropriately. Stress will always rear it's ugly head, but if you do not handle it in a healthy way, it will not only destroy the goals that you've set forth for yourself, but it will also put a damper on your lifestyle as a whole.

4.) Live a Healthy Lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle is what most resolutioners plan for. And the way to achieve that is through regular excersise and a good diet.
Regular excercise and eating right boosts immunity, fights off colds and disease, and gives us the happier more joyful lives that we all desire.
You'd be amazed what a quick walk can do to lower your stress levels, or what getting rid of that junk food in the pantry can do for your energy.
Fill your plate with colorful fruits and veggies and stay active and you'll see your wellness soar!
Afterall, our bodies are beautifully engineered machines. And like any machine, with proper maintence and good fuel you will see better results.
5.) Don't Give Up
DO NOT GIVE UP! Rome was not built in a day. A strong oak tree comes from a single seed. The greatest achievements in the world came first from a dream. There is power in consistency. And change was not designed to be easy. You must keep moving forward no matter how unattainable or far away your goals might seem, and if doubt ever creeps into your mind to try to turn you back, stop and think why you're doing this in the first place, get back on your feet, and keep going until you find yourself living the life that you wanted.
